By accessing or using the website at santeeconcretepolishingandepoxyflooring.com, requesting a quote, scheduling services, or entering into a service agreement with Santee Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.
Santee Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides concrete flooring services including but not limited to epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, garage floor coatings, concrete resurfacing, surface preparation, concrete sealing, and related work. All services are subject to a written estimate and, where applicable, a signed service agreement. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates provided by Santee Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring are based on an on-site assessment of the project conditions at the time of the visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
An estimate is not a guaranteed fixed price unless it is confirmed in writing as a firm quote. If conditions discovered during the work differ materially from what was assessed at the time of the estimate - such as hidden damage, unexpected moisture, or the presence of prior coatings not visible during the assessment - we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional work or cost.
Prices quoted do not include permits, fees, or other governmental charges unless explicitly stated in writing.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of scheduling.
You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is clear and accessible on the scheduled date. If the work area is not ready upon our arrival and we cannot proceed, we reserve the right to reschedule and charge a trip fee.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon project completion. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due at completion.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your estimate. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee and may result in the referral of the account to a collection process.
All prices are in US dollars.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the project site and conditions at the time of the estimate. If conditions differ materially from what was represented, we reserve the right to adjust the scope or price accordingly.
You are responsible for clearing the work area of all personal property, furniture, vehicles, and other items before the scheduled start of work unless a separate arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
You are responsible for checking with your homeowners association, if applicable, regarding any restrictions on floor coatings, colors, or finishes before authorizing the work.
Any warranty provided by Santee Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring will be stated explicitly in your written estimate or service agreement. Where a warranty is provided, it covers workmanship defects under normal use and conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, chemical exposure beyond normal household levels, physical impact, or conditions outside the scope of the original project.
We make no warranty regarding product manufacturer warranties. Any manufacturer warranty is between you and the manufacturer, and we do not extend or modify those warranties on their behalf.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A WRITTEN AGREEMENT, ALL SERVICES AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Santee Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or the performance of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We prefer to resolve any disputes directly and informally. If you have a concern about any work we have performed, please contact us first at team@santeeconcretepolishingandepoxyflooring.com and give us the opportunity to address it.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in Santee, CA under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration service, or through the appropriate small claims court if the amount in dispute falls within that court's jurisdiction. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participation in any class action.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms or our services that is not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
